Advertising disclosure
305 Plumbing Pros is an advertising and referral service operated by Pinecrest Advisory Services, LLC. This page explains exactly what that means.
We are not a plumbing contractor
We do not perform plumbing work of any kind: no repairs, drain clearing, water heater installation, leak detection, repiping or sewer work. We hold no plumbing licence or certificate of competency and make no claim to one. Every job discussed on this site is carried out by an independent local plumbing company.
What happens when you call
The telephone number on this site is a tracking number operated by us. Calls to it are forwarded to an independent plumbing company serving Miami and the surrounding cities. Calls may be recorded. You will hear an announcement before the call connects, and if you would prefer not to be recorded you can hang up at that point and use the form instead. Florida requires the consent of all parties to record a call, and the announcement exists so that consent is informed.
How we are paid
The plumbing company that receives your call or request pays us, either a fixed monthly fee for the enquiries from this site or an amount per enquiry. You are never charged by us. What you pay for the work is between you and the company; we do not set or mark up their prices and take no share of the job.
What we do with your details
Your name, phone number and description of the problem are passed to the plumbing company so they can contact you. We keep a record of enquiries to see whether the site is working. We do not sell your details, and we do not send them to several companies to compete for you.
Reviews, photographs and prices
There are no reviews or ratings on this site, because it has no history of its own and we will not invent one. Photographs are licensed stock and do not show work carried out by us or by the company we pass calls to. Prices are general ranges of what Miami companies commonly quote, not offers.
Emergencies and response times
This site does not dispatch anyone and does not promise how quickly a plumber will arrive. The company that takes your call decides whether and when it can come out, including at night or on a Sunday, and tells you its call-out charge. If there is a smell of gas, sparking near water, or any risk to someone's safety, call 911 or the relevant utility first. Nothing on this site replaces that.
Accuracy
The guidance here is general information about plumbing in Miami-Dade, not professional, legal or insurance advice about your property. Permit rules, condominium documents, leases and insurance policies vary, and each city in the county runs its own building department. Confirm anything that matters with the relevant city, the county, your association or your insurer.
