This site is an advertising and referral service for plumbing in Miami and the cities around it. We are not a plumbing company and we do not send plumbers; we say that first because you should know who you are dealing with before you call about a leak.
How it works
You call the number on this site or send the form. That reaches us, and we connect you with an independent local plumbing company that covers your ZIP. They talk to you about the problem, quote it, do the work and stand behind it. Your agreement is with them. There is no charge to you for the referral.
Why a referral site for plumbing
Search for a plumber in Miami and the first page is directories, ad listings and national franchises, with very little that explains what is actually wrong with a 1950s drain under a slab or whose pipe is leaking in a condo. Plenty of good local plumbing companies are a handful of people with trucks and full schedules, and they have no time to write any of that. This site does the explaining and passes the calls to a company that does the work.
What the advice is based on
The guides here are written about Miami conditions: slab houses over a high water table, cast iron from the decades when it was standard, salt air near the bay, condo declarations, hurricane season and septic tanks in a county that is still converting them. Where a rule varies by city, the page says so and tells you who to ask. Where we could not confirm a fact, we left it out.
What this site does not have
No testimonials, no star ratings, no photographs captioned as finished jobs, no licence numbers. We have not done the work and did not collect the reviews, so publishing any of that would be inventing a record. The photographs on the site are licensed stock, used to illustrate the problem being described.
Licensing
We hold no plumbing licence and do not do plumbing work. In Florida, plumbing contractors are licensed through the Department of Business and Professional Regulation's Construction Industry Licensing Board, either certified for the whole state or registered on the strength of a local certificate of competency. How is the site paid for if the referral is free?
The plumbing company that receives the calls pays us for them. You pay that company for the work at whatever you agree; nothing you pay goes through us or is marked up by us.
Does my request go to several plumbers?
No. It goes to one local company that covers your area, not to a list of contractors who then all phone you.
What if I am unhappy with the work?
Take it up with the company that did it, since your agreement and any warranty are with them. Tell us as well: the site only works if the company it sends people to does good work.
Can I see reviews?
Not from us. The site launched in 2026 and has no reviews of its own, and we will not manufacture any. Ask the company for references and check their licence on the state site.
